Proswede Invest AB and Herman Anderssons Plåt AB with headquarters in Hörby, Sweden, has acquired business unit Exir Broadcasting from Exir Broadcasting & Telecom AB. Both Proswede Invest AB and Herman Anderssons Plåt AB are currently Exir Broadcasting’s largest production partners with operations in Sweden.

Broadcast Service Danmark A/S (BSD) was established in 2001 and was charged with the task of executing Denmark’s migration to Digital Terrestrial Television. A switchover date was set to November 1st, 2009. With 19 major stations and the goal of reusing existing infra-structure as much as possible, the task was fairly demanding. After all project requirements were finally specified, BSD selected Exir Broadcasting in Sweden as the best solution and partner.
